Job Summary
The ALLO Instructional Designer is a member of the ALLO Learning &
Development Solutions Team, a crew of curious professionals excited about
developing and delivering learner-focused solutions for ALLO employees.
Instructional Designers employ learning science principles, instructional
design best practices, and innovative delivery methods/modes to plan,
design, develop and implement high-impact trainings in accordance with
"flow-of-work" business training models. ALLO Instructional Designers
utilize exceptional, collaborative communication skills as they work closely
with management and subject matter experts (SMEs) to actualize ideas into
learning reality. We focus on providing creative solutions to serve ALLO's
needs and do what it takes to get the job done!
