Position Description | The Denic lab has a postdoctoral research position available in the area of protein folding, quality control, and homeostasis. |
Basic Qualifications | Candidate must already hold a PhD (with no more than three years of post-doctoral training) or be nearing their PhD defense date. |
Additional Qualifications | Position requires extensive experience in dissecting cell biological mechanisms; additional expertise in structural biology (cryoEM, NMR, X-ray) and single-molecule fluorescence approaches is potentially advantageous but not essential. |
Special Instructions | Letters of recommendation are not required at the time of application; however letters will be collected for finalists. Candidates should submit with their application contact information for two to three references from experts at the ladder faculty ranks or highly accomplished senior researchers from corporations or research institutes.
