As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, from monitoring performance to ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Qualifications:
* Minimum of five years' management experience, preferably in construction or equipment sales.
* Valid driver's license to operate employer vehicles.
* Pass a company drug screen.
* Strong background in customer relations and sales.
* Proficiency in mathematics to analyze data for informed decision-making.

Duties:
* Oversee and direct all store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with the Director of Operations and General Manager.
* Investigate and address any accidents or safety violations promptly.
* Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to monitor store performance and develop improvement plans. Communicate store performance metrics to the General Manager regularly.
* Coordinate employee hiring, mediation of disputes, and performance evaluations.
* Manage employee schedules, training programs, and vacation planning.
* Review inventory levels, expenses, and sales promotions with relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and execute a strategic plan for store growth and success.
* Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
* Represent the branch at management meetings and conduct branch and safety meetings as required.
* Provide leadership and support to employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Wage and benefits:
* $60,000 to $120,000 Yearly (plus uncapped commission).
