Position Summary Information
| Job Description Summary | Responsible for providing primary health care to center patients within the structure of the family practice model; in addition, serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, attends departmental meetings; participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation. |

| Minimum Qualifications | Graduation from an accredited dental school. Current New York State license is required. Must also have current BLS and infection control certifications. Must have a current DEA Registration. |
