Requirements:

3+ years of experience within management, preferably in property management/mobile home property management
Must be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
Must be willing and take initiative to seek out details and information
The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization and systems but is adaptable to changing circumstances.
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Computer proficiency, including the Google Suite and experience using Manage America, preferred

We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our Town & Country Mobile Home Park located in Maplewood, MN.
Address:1043 Deauville Drive Maplewood, MN 55109

Salary: $43,000 - $59,000

Job Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build relationships
Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
Comply to company home standards and manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - “thinking like an owner”
Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise
Plan and execute quarterly resident events
Set high standards for themselves and their team
Maximize the communities’ profitability
Work with integrity and honesty
Work calmly under pressure and be able to follow through on commitments
Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
