Statement: Provides JD Edwards technical support to the company user
community while ensuring that applications, systems, networks and
technologies are available and functioning in support of business
processes. Collaboration with IT team members, vendors and business team
members to identify and resolve issues as well as provide effort to
technology projects that promote the company\'s philosophy and business
objectives. Key Job Accountabilities: Follow established change
management policy and procedure to research and recommend new
technology, test and implement system updates, modifications or
deletions. Works to ensure systems remain healthy and available while
delivering flawless execution to common, customized and complex tasks as
well as strategic projects. Partner and collaborate with members of
global IT including project management, solution management, and
infrastructure to deploy high complexity purchased or developed
technologies that support business requirements. Ensure user
satisfaction by resolving common, customized and complex operational
issues regarding areas of expertise or assignment, utilizing Plexus
policies and/or procedures. Identifies permanent resolution through root
