position oversees the Mass Care programs for Disaster Cycle Services
which include sheltering, feeding, distribution of emergency supplies
and reunification. As a member of the National Headquarters Operations,
Readiness & Planning team, this position reports to the Director of
Operational Readiness and Planning and manages two full-time employees
and a cadre of volunteer leaders. Specific functions of this position
include: program support and development, resource requirement
projection, and process improvement. Coordinates with field leadership
and internal and external partners for program implementation and
