Job Overview:
We are seeking a US / Canada based, US citizen for Stralynn Consulting Services, Inc, a digital transformation niche professional services provider. Candidate must have worked with Government related projects and preferably good knowledge pf government websites, contracting process, and proposal development. Should have  minimum 3 years professional experience after graduation, self-motivated and passionate. Plus to have exeprience with a Tier 1/ 2 consulting firms, and preferred experience in providing services for US State Government and Federal contracts delivery. Preferred familiarity with Government agencies, terms and conditions, and websites like Sam.Gov for navigating through opportunities and applying with Proposals on Contracts. Must be technology savvy with the latest AI tools. Should be hands-on in writing Proposals and preparing quotations for full end to end opportunity management. 

Must have MBA from a top B school (non-negotiable) and should be technology savvy with required AI knowledge operations tools knowledge. strong attitude to make things happen and creativity for finding solutions is highly desired for this role. should be a multi-tasker to be able to take up miscellaneous tasks working with fast growing small business. Should be transparent and hard working with excellent communications skills in verbal and writing. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

The role will include:
 

  • Collects business intelligence and evaluates the customer analysis and the competitor analysis
  • Performs internal analysis of your company's strengths and weaknesses, and uses this information to drive the company’s win strategy for an opportunity
  • Develops the capture strategy and identifies actions that need to be taken to implement the capture strategy and plan
  • Leads strategic capture efforts throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Manage and direct various business functions through the capture process
  • Present opportunities at each gate review to executive leadership
  • Work across teams to develop solutions and meet client requirements

- Drive strategic initiatives for the organization in line with the gaps identified through strong process & governance.

- Lead proposal development for new opportunities in government and commercial sector with different functional leads

- Lead creation of investor decks for founders

- Collaborate with Functional leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Manage corporate dashboards and analytics

- Work on the organizational strategic levers along with the CEO for improvement & tracking.

- Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

- Build effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.

To fit the bill:

- Education: You must be an MBA from a Top Tier B school with 5-7 years of significant experience in management consulting and technology experiences. 

- Experience :
- Consulting / 
Systems Integrations services experience to understand the implementation requirements. 
- Must have experience writing proposals, preparing response for quotes, and client interactions
- Experience with Finance and Marketing is a plus.
Preferred past experience working with government agencies as an employee or consultant.

- Travel flexibility: should be able to join meetings in person and may require travel 
- Flexibility with working hours: May need to work in overlap timezone with India
- Quick Thinker & Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet, navigate complex contracts, and overcome objections with creative solutions. Should be hands-on and diligent. 
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust-based relationships with government stakeholders and internal teams.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in contract negotiation and closing deals, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.
- Self-Motivated & Outcome-Driven: Passion for driving results with minimal supervision, taking ownership of the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives and government officials.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity to use latest technology and tools related to AI/ML, CRM and other platforms.
- Industry Familiarity: Deep understanding of the processes, regulations, and unique requirements of the public sector in Tennessee and beyond.
- Preferred Skills: Experience working within the IT software, defense, or infrastructure sectors is a plus, with the ability to leverage industry-specific knowledge in closing deals.Interested please write to us with a cover note on why you think you would be a great fitment to the role.
