Overview The Application Development Manager will lead the design,
development, and support of custom applications on the Azure platform,
as well as Power Apps and other low-code/no-code solutions. This role
will focus on optimizing application performance, defining monitoring
standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The successful candidate
will oversee a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional
stakeholders to deliver high-quality, robust applications that support
our digital transformation goals. Key Job Responsibilities Lead the
end-to-end development of custom applications using Azure, Power Apps,
and low-code/no-code platforms. Oversee the team\'s project workflows,
from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and
deployment. Ensure development projects meet business requirements,
timelines, and quality standards. Develop and implement application
performance monitoring, alerting, and logging standards to ensure system
reliability and responsiveness. Work with IT operations to set up
proactive monitoring systems and establish performance KPIs for
applications on Azure and other platforms. Establish incident response
and root cause analysis processes for application performance issues,
ensuring quick resolution and prevention strategies. Oversee the
efficient operation of custom applications, optimizing performance,
scalability, and security. Manage application updates and enhancements,
ensuring minimal disruption to end users and maximum benefit to business
operations. Establish a robust support framework, ensuring timely
resolution of application issues and continuous improvement of platform
reliability. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of application developers,
