Responsibilities
The Sr. Analyst - System Alignment will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Finance and Finance Leadership Team (FLT) by managing high-impact projects that align with the strategic goals of the finance department. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a proven track record in project management within a finance or related environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and overseeing multiple finance-related projects, from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with the EVP and FLT’s strategic objectives. Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and define resources required for each initiative.
- Work closely with the EVP and FLT to prioritize projects, manage workload, and develop strategies that support the overall goals of the finance department and the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between the EVP, FLT and project stakeholders. Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and communications to ensure transparency and alignment across all parties. Collaborate with internal communications as needed in organizational communications.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues that may impact delivery.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Prepare relevant financial reports for decision-making.
- Continuously evaluates project management processes and tools, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
- PMP certification a plus.
