    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness when managing confidential information.
