JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: As the Director of GSI Alliances you will
help manage a very small and dedicated group of partners that operate
and execute on the global scene. Most initiatives are defined and born
in NA and you will lead the creation of Joint GTM offers and motions
with these partners on a sub-vertical level; help bring these to market
with NA sales teams across industries and the local Industry Field
Alliances. These GTM motions will be created jointly with the Global
Industry team and with PMG, Presales, Product Marketing in support of
activities and material creation. But it is the Alliance Director who
will initiate, orchestrate and document these activities and offers.
Mature them to a level where you can implement across all global regions
as agreed with local Field Alliances. Your responsibilities include
offering thought leadership to the partners, spearheading business
development initiatives and programs, and instigating sophisticated
collaboration in your work with our partners. In being successful you
will also need to be part of strategic account planning with your Field
Alliance peers and the relevant Sales VPs in verticals for each named
initiative. Key Responsibilities: (Cross Industry Focus) \* Collaborate
with BY Industry GTM leaders and the equivalent Sales VP to identify,
develop, define sub-industry initiatives with our Tier 1 partners per
sub-vertical. \* Motivate and engage partner investment and commitment
in time, effort and GTM investment to bring the vision to reality. \*
Collaborate with Sales VPs and Partners to target top prospects and
clients for the specific initiative and engage Field Alliance to secure
the daily governance and tracking. \* Provide quarterly updates
internally to educate teams on latest partner offers, partner
performance, partner collaboration best practices, and any partner
company updates. \* Sales Engagement Enhancement: \* Proactively
communicate Blue Yonder\'s value propositions and solutions to engage
and stimulate new business opportunities and initiatives in the space
where the partner and BY can step-up and cover more white-space. \*
Partner Engagement: \* Map your partners in details on their presence
and skills in all BY target sub-verticals for best-case collaboration
and joint value case engineering. \* Drive proper business plans for
these partners and regular governance calls to track and progress
actions that support the overall partnership. This is done jointly with
