Job Description

The Cleaning Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep of buildings, office spaces, parking lots/structures, trash, amenities, and common areas.
Performs a range of duties to include but not limited to cleaning/sanitizing, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping/mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, stripping, waxing, and refinishing all types of hard floors including VCT, Linoleum, Marmoleum, and ceramic tile., etc.).

Must also have experience using a hot water extraction carpet cleaner, spin bonnet, and other tools of the trade.

All job duties must be conducted in accordance with company policy and all safety protocols that support the overall objective of meeting the expectations of the Client.
