    We are seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to lead our finance and accounting operations for a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on financial leader with a proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance and growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization

    • Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

    • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports

    • Develop and manage the annual budget and periodic forecasting; analyze variances and provide actionable insights

    • Provide financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives, pricing, capital investments, and operational efficiencies

    • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting/finance team

    • Oversee payroll, tax compliance, and regulatory filings

    • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies

    • Partner with executive leadership on long-term financial planning and decision-making

    • Support external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)

    • 15+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Controller, CFO, or equivalent)

    • Proven supervisory experience managing accounting teams in a mid-sized or larger organization (100+ employees)

    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

    • Proficient in financial systems and tools; advanced Excel skills required; ERP experience preferred

    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

    • Effective communicator with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

    • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
