Zunächst einmal müssen Sie ein echtes Engagement für den Bereich Verkauf mitbringen. Der Gedanke, NIKE-Produkte an einen breiten Kundenkreis zu verkaufen, muss Sie motivieren. Sie unterstützen unseren NIKE Store indem Sie für Ihre Kunden so gut wie alles tun, um die von uns gesteckten Verkaufs- und Serviceziele zu erreichen. 

Was Sie sonst noch mitbringen sollten? Einen guten Schulabschluss, gerne eine Ausbildung zur/zum Einzelhandelskauffrau/-mann bzw. vergleichbare Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel, Serviceorientierung, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Sportinteresse.
