Job Highlights:
Review accounting spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
Assist in receiving payables from Vendors
Enter invoices into ERP System
Determine accounts for distributions for payments
Assist in posting receiving invoices from Vendors
Request W9s from vendors
Assist in reconciling expense reports
Assist in responding to customer requests relating to accounting
Contact accounts on payments past due
Assist in daily invoicing of orders
Enter tracking/shipping information on customer invoices
