Lead Back of House/ Jefe de Almacén | Nike Aragon

 

¿A quién buscamos? 

Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Lead Back of House quién ejectuará la estrategia de los procesos de manejo de producto del almacén.
Esta persona será la responsable de asegurar el proceso door to floor del producto adicional al seguimiento de KPIS y alcance de objetivos del almacén.  

¿En qué trabajarás? 

  • Asegurar el proceso door to floor del producto  

  • Responsable de la correcta ejecución de los procesos PRE para el manejo de producto (Recibo, Proceso, Almacenaje, Resurtidos, etc.)  

  • Seguimiento de los KPI’s que se manejan dentro de almacen y asegurar el seguimiento del desempeño de su equipo. (UPH, PEPS, Field Rate, IRA) 

  • Co Responsable del manejo del inventario en tienda así como de la detección puntual de diferencias, mediante escaneos vía RFID y cíclicos al inventario  

  • Responsable del procesamiento de los envíos de la tienda en tiempo y forma. 

  • Mapeo de talento de su equipo. Prioriza el desarrollo del equipo, la formación funcional y la retención para "ganar al cliente" a largo plazo en Nike. 

  • Seguimiento de metraje de Almacén, ubicación de racks, y Capacidad Instalada  

  • Responsable de Inventarios cíclicos, semanales, mensuales, fiscales. 

 

¿Con quién trabajarás? 

Esta persona será responsable de liderar al equipo de almacenistas.  Trabajará de manera cross funcional con otras áreas.

 

¿Qué traes a Nike? 

  • Experiencia 2 años de experiencia en posición subgerente en retail (boutiques, tiendas deportivas) 

  • Experiencia como jefe de almacén 

  • Capacidad para construir, dirigir y administrar equipos de alto rendimiento 

  • Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y 

  • asesoramiento de los empleados 

  • Experiencia en recepción de mercanía 

  • Experiencia con Inventarios cíclicos, semanales, mensuales, fiscales
