Facility Maintenance Technician to support activities out of our Colorado
Springs, CO location. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow and
learn surrounded by talented engineers, physicists, and technicians
working on long-standing programs and new programs supporting our customers.
Core Responsibilities:
* Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on buildings and equipment
* Perform a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, HVAC,
carpentry, electrical, painting, and Drywall
* Assist Facility Manager and other workers with their tasks
* Comply with established safety guidelines and procedures
* Work from blueprints, manuals, written and/or verbal instruction
* Back-up for Shipping & Receiving - handling incoming and outgoing
shipments including freight packages and purchased materials, consisting of
creating paperwork trails and shipment labels with attention to detail1.
