About the Job

Staffmark is on the lookout for CNC Mill Operators in Beavercreek, OH, to join a leading quartz manufacturing company.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11:30 pm

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm-7:30 am

Pay Rate: $22-$28 per hour

As a CNC Mill Operator, you'll be tasked with running programs for specific item codes, adjusting controls, inspecting parts, and maintaining specifications.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Manufacturing experience with knowledge of quality control, instrumentation, equipment maintenance, and mechanical inspection tools

Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and job plans

Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Visual acuity for reading instructions, operating machines, and inspecting parts

Strong decision-making, safety management, and judgment skills
