Acara Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for our client in Cincinnati, Oh.

Pay: $19-20/hr.
Direct hire/permanent position
Scheudle: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm, with overtime available on Fridays

What You'll Do:
Perform mechanical assembly of intricate components and systems according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
Integrate wiring and electrical elements into mechanical assemblies by interpreting electrical schematics.
Conduct functional testing of assembled systems to ensure operational integrity and design compliance.
Inspect all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects, tagging non-conforming parts with re-work labels.
Maintain and ensure proper use of assembly tools and equipment.
Monitor and maintain supplies inventory by checking stock and notifying the supervisor of any needs.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
Perform other tasks as directed.


Job Requirements



Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:
Previous experience working in a mechanical or electrical assembly environment
Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols in manufacturing
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Additional:

Strong communication skills to report work progress and issues
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide basic numbers
Ability to identify work process problems and propose solutions
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, and over 50 lbs with assistance
Comfortable standing for prolonged periods and performing physical tasks (kneeling, squatting, etc.)
