    • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is preferred.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in EHS management.
    • Certifications such as OSHA 500/501 are highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and training skills to engage employees effectively.
    • Analytical skills to assess safety data and implement improvements.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire teamwork within a diverse workforce.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
