Learn more at www.rmsmachining.com and www.cretexmedical.com.<br> <br> <strong>Cell Lead Position Summary</strong> <br> <br>The Cell Lead I will coordinate, monitor, and lead the activities of a cellular work team in support of assigned goals and objectives in a manufacturing environment, working with a variety of production machinery and equipment. <br> <br> <strong>4th Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am to 6:00pm </strong> <br> <br>Eligiable for $3.00/hour Cell Lead Premium <br> <b>Responsibilities</b> <br> <br> <strong>Cell Lead Duties and Responsibilities</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Must be a level 2 or 3 CNC machinsit </li> <li>Continuous and efficient production, coordinating employees, equipment, and materials/supplies</li> <li>Communication of production issues, schedule and priorities within and between teams</li> <li>Timely and quality completion of orders</li> <li>Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures </li> <li>Operating condition of machinery and equipment- including CNC Machines</li> <li>On-the-job training and work instructions</li> <li>Liaison with/represent the team to the rest of the organization </li> <li>Completes all other work related duties as assigned</li> <li>Provide employees with goals, performance initiatives and areas of accountability that are directly aligned with the goals of rms Company.</li> <li>Train and develop personnel. Hire, manage work hours, vacation requests, review performance, discipline, terminate, make compensation changes, and ensure compliance of personnel to corporate personnel policies.</li> <li>Employee retention and development</li> <li>Leadership Skills (manage, train, develop, and motivate employees)</li></ul> <b>Qualifications</b> <br> <br> <strong>Cell Lead Position Requirements, Education, and Experience</strong> <br> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>3 years of manufacturing experience</li> <li>Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and processes</li> <li>Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Ability to manage relationships and team facilitation</li> <li>Strong attention to detail </li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills </li> <li>Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks </li> <li>Ability to take direction from and give input to the next level leader</li> <li>Ability to collaborate and assist team members</li> <li>Ability to cross train in other areas of production when required</li></ul> <br> <strong>Desirable Criteria & Qualifications:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Business/technical degree</li> <li>Supervisory experience</li> <li>Medical manufacturing experience</li> <li>Familiar with ISO and FDA requirements</li> <li>Certifications in a related field</li></ul> <br> <strong>rms Company Benefits</strong> <br> <br>As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
