We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President of a small company in McLean, Virginia. This Contract-to-Permanent position requires an individual who excels in administrative tasks, communication, and calendar management. The role is fully onsite Monday through Friday and offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the President's calendar, scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
• Coordinate correspondence and communication on behalf of the President, ensuring timely responses.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations as needed to support business operations.
• Organize and oversee office management tasks to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
• Handle administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflows.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing company events or meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in creating reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to maintain confidentiality.
