Core skills must include strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, cultural awareness, financial management, and contract management.<br>• Employee of the Company: Other duties as assigned.<br> <br> <br> <br>POSITION REQUIREMENTS<br>Non-Technical<br>• Unparalleled ability to venture into the unknown – research, self-education, and exploration of new technologies<br>• A creative and innovative mindset with an overwhelming desire to improve existing processes and leverage technology for automation and optimization<br>• Ability to consistently excel and deliver results that exceed expectations under minimal supervision<br>• Excellent skills in proactiveness, communication, analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking<br> <br>Technical<br>• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent 5-year experience plus current certifications, such as PMP and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate<br>• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application support and a proven track record of success, specifically in project management and supporting business applications, such as ERP systems, data warehouses, SSRS reporting, PowerBI, and CRM<br>• In-depth knowledge of IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL)<br>• Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge base, and configuration management tools<br>• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., Robotic Process Automation)<br>• In-depth experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.<br>• Experience in SQL language and database design<br>• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and experience with Dynamics, InEight, Coupa, Salesforce, and financial planning tools are highly preferred<br>• Certifications in Project Management, Microsoft, and ITIL are highly desired<br> <br>Other Requirements<br>• Ability to work in a customer-focused IT team with a strong “Users First” and “Business Enabler” mentality.<br>• Must be willing to be on call and occasionally work nights, weekends, or holidays.<br>• Occasional travel to support company needs and to remain current with applications and vendor relations is required (Not expected to exceed more than 5% of work time).
