DescriptionCome join our team! As a Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the overall day-to day operations of the facility. This includes assisting with daily school routes, trips, charters, driver training, and recruitment programs. Read more to apply! Schedule: Monday - FridayLocation: Gasport, NYSalary Range: 65-75K per year Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager with the overall day-to-day operations of the facilityEnsure coverage of daily school routes, trips, and chartersAssist with driver training and recruitment programsEnsure all drivers are equipped with all necessary job-related training in designee areaAssist in preparing payroll, account receivables, accounts payables, and monthly end requirementsEnsure each location School District of student transportation designees are being supplied with all required information and assist in providing a safe, reliable, and on-time serviceAssist in developing charter and school business for assets during non-school days and summer monthsAttend School Board meetings when directed by General Manager or STA ManagementCoordinate with HR when conducting disciplinary actions of employeesParticipate in planning annual financial requirements for the facilityResponsible for carrying out all STA policies and State and Federal applicable regulationsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma, equivalent certification or Associates Degree form an accredited university or college in business is preferred3+ years experience in school bus operations1+ years experience in a leadership roleValid CDL license with passenger and school bus endorsement is a plusExperience in MS Office SuiteKnowledgeable in School District contracts and Federal and State regulations The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
