Job Description

 
Law firm seeks a competent, energetic and organized candidate able to cope with peak demands and changing priorities. Qualified candidates must have 2 years' experience in reception and administration. <BR>Must be technologically oriented and experience a case management system is a plus. <BR>Ability to type efficiently and accurately is essential. <P>Duties include but are not limited to: <LI> Answering telephones <LI> Data entry <LI> Greeting clients - taking intakes and messages <LI> Opening case files, filing and other general office duties <P>Preferred candidate will have good communication skills and a confident, friendly and outgoing manner both over the phone and in-person, an exceptional attendance record, possess a strong work ethic, and previous law firm experience is desirable. <BR>Reliable transportation is a must, working remotely will not be considered. <P>Resume with references required, must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
