JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include ensuring technology, system functionality and business processes align to business needs; bridging the gap between information technology and business leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong skills in Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma), training/development and communication
* Expertise with problem solving and business transformation
* High School Diploma/GED
* Deep expertise in SAP-SCM (IBP, APO, MM, EWM, and PP)
* Experience in designing and architecting solutions while troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing SAP system performance.
* Experience with working closely with business leadership, gathering requirements, identifying operational challenges, modeling solutions, and training end users to ensure SAP is leveraged effectively across the organization.
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
* 5 years' business experience
* Ability to travel 20% of the time
* Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors and executives
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree
* SAP experience
