    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general administrative tasks, including document handling and filing.
    • Support mailroom operations by sorting, organizing, and distributing mail.

    • Utilize computer programs and CRM systems to input and manage data efficiently.
    • Collaborate with team members to address office needs and improve workflow processes.
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
    • Proficiency in using computer programs and CRM systems.
    • Strong ability to answer and manage inbound calls with a high level of professionalism.
    • Familiarity with billing functions and clerical tasks.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
