Job Duties: Manage enterprise-wide projects within Information Technology
Services. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with technical
leads and campus peers to design project plans to realize project solutions
that support success and maximize customer satisfaction. Work closely with
project leadership to prepare dashboards and reports outlining project
status, regularly delivering presentations to technical and non-technical
campus audiences, to drive transparency and build knowledge that lives
beyond the life of the project. Lead a range of strategic and operational
projects, ranging in scope from software implementations (i.e. cloud-based
and SaaS) and application development projects, to infrastructure and
process improvement projects. Tailor project management approach to match
individual project goals and develop realistic project plans for the team to
work against. Embrace a strong service and leadership ethic, supporting
peers, building cross-departmental relationships, managing customer
expectations, interfacing with Senior Leadership, and resolving conflicts
