Job Description Summary

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

角色与职责

  • 了解VBP采购流程每个环节,并能清楚及时判定每个环节关键节点和决策,快速整合VBP打单资源,协同区域销售合作攻克VBP订单。
  • 向合作伙伴和分销商销售或通过其进行销售。可能包括渠道销售支持和渠道开发职责,尤其是VBP渠道开发。
  • 发展自己领域最新的商业发展的专业知识和沟通技巧,从而对他人产生影响。有助于战略和政策制定,并确保在责任范围内交付。通常是专业的一线经理或专业销售部门的二线经理。
  • 对最佳实践以及自己的领域如何与他人融合有深入的了解;具有竞争的工作知识以及了解在市场上与众不同的因素
  • 使用判断力来做出决策并处理项目、产品线、市场、销售流程、活动或客户中的中等复杂程度的任务或问题。对现有解决方案采用新观点。利用技术经验和专业知识进行数据分析以支持建议。使用多种内部资源和有限的自身功能之外的外部资源来帮助做出决定。
  • 充当经验较少的同事的资源。可能会领导具有中等程度的风险和资源需求的小型项目。解释困难或敏感信息;努力建立共识。提升说服的技巧,以在领域内的话题上影响他人。

基本资格

  • 该岗位要求在领域具有纯熟的工作经验(麻醉科室领域医疗设备销售经验>5年)。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位

所需特性

  • 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力。优秀的人际关系和领导能力。具备分析和解决问题的能力。具备领导计划/项目的能力。能够记录、计划、营销和执行计划。良好的项目管理技能。
