<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to assist attorneys specializing in estate planning and related areas of law. This role involves supporting attorneys in the preparation and administration of documents and filings for Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Directives, tax planning, and litigation matters, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
