Job Description

Seasonal/Temporary work from 3/8/2025 - 11/25/2025

Walk fields to pull weeds; Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Clean, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment including manually carrying and laying poly pipe, check irrigation motors, observe water levels; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and primarily John Deere self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as soybeans, rice, corn; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Speak and understand English.
