Shop Worker

Now hiring a full time shop worker for Closet Factory. Applicants will be joining a team of people who are responsible for maintaining production and productivity of our custom products. We are looking for someone who is a team player with great communication and someone who takes pride in their work. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Achieve and maintain key performance targets 
• Reduce rework and insure efficient production flow
• Report any missing/damaged materials that will not allow parts to be ready per scheduled completion date
• Insure all parts are ready by scheduled completion date
• Insure all job carts are well identified with client name/number displayed for Installation Team
• Make sure all shop equipment is maintained 
• keep shop clean and well organized

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Pass criminal background check
• Valid SC drivers license (some points OK, DUI/DWI not acceptable)
• Must have reliable transportation.
• be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Only looking to hire full time employees, not interested in part time or sub-contractors. Hourly rate depends on experience.
