Position Overview The Warehouse Processing Supervisor oversees the
production process and personnel, focusing on meeting established
processing quotas and operational goals. This role combines hands-on
warehouse work with supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise warehouse team members, assigning daily tasks and
ensuring completion of processing goals Train new team members on
warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and processing expectations
Perform quality control inspections to maintain high product standards
Track and report production metrics at scheduled intervals Manage
inventory rotation and maintain organized warehouse spaces Coordinate
with management on supply orders and processing schedules Implement
strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly processing goals Maintain
a clean, safe, and organized workspace Support loss prevention efforts
and maintain proper inventory control procedures Qualifications High
School Diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse supervision
experience preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Basic
computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems
Excellent communication and organizational abilities Basic math skills
and attention to detail Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
and background check Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up
to 50 pounds regularly Capable of occasional lifting up to 100 pounds
with assistance Standing and walking for extended periods Bending,
reaching, and operating warehouse equipment Clear vision and ability to
