| Required Skills: | Applicant must be willing to travel and stay out on the road for a week at a time or more. Applicant must have a current valid class D driver's license with clean driving record over the past 3 years in order to apply. |
| Preferred Skills: | Preference will be given to applicants with past experience working with paving crews. Experience reading plans and proposals is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to direct the crew and facilitate meetings with various governmental agencies. Excellent time management skills and delegation of tasks are important attributes to possess in this position. |

Now taking applications for a Paving Operations Superintendent needed to work with our company during asphalt paving construction projects. Work is seasonal March through November. Persons hired must be willing to travel to remote job sites within a 200 mile radius of Fergus Falls MN. Women and minorities encouraged to apply.
