Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, the Manager, Human Resources Operations ensures the successful implementation of key HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience. Responsibilities include HR policy development, HRIS management, employee rewards and recognition programs, performance management, HR compliance, incentive programs, HR data analytics, as well as physical and electronic file management. This role will also provide support to the CHRO in employee relations and HR budgeting and fiscal management.
Compensation
The salary range for this role begins at $115,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of base salary. Office Protocol
This is a hybrid position which requires the incumbent to reside in the District of Columbia metropolitan area and come into the office a minimum of three days each week with two of the mandatory days being Tuesday and Wednesday.
