Job Description

 
Jr. Architectural Designer (salary of $61,006) sought by O'Neil Langan Architects PC to analyze building and site requirements, create design concepts, prepare complicated drawings, and make 3D building information modeling. [Job Duties]
Under the supervision of seniors, analyze building and site requirements to determine their effect on architectural designs;
Assist in reviewing building code and local zoning;
Assist in designing schematics specialized in space programming, and developed elevations, sections, and 3-D renderings of residential and commercial projects, rendered images, plan and section drawings;
To assist the lead architect, create 2-D construction documentation using AutoCAD;
To assist the lead architect, create 3-D building information modeling using Revit Architecture, Sketch-up, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
