Operations and Projects: \* Support Procure-to-Pay process for goods and
services \* Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks \* Support
vendor setup and contract closeout processes \* Basic contract
negotiations with stakeholder engagement \* Support Contract Lifecycle
Management \* Support material expediting \* Investigating
receiving/invoicing discrepancies Materials Management/Warehouse: \*
Create and maintain Request for Quotes for MRP replenishment items. \*
Support Contract Lifecycle Management \* P-Card process management and
reconciliation \* Expediting purchases \* Investigating
receiving/invoicing discrepancies \* Material analysis and data
enhancement for Master Data support \* Complete warehouse analysis and
reporting on an ad hoc basis. Who you are. \* Available to begin work in
September 2024 \* Legal authorization to work in the United States -
Sponsorship for this role will not be provided. \* As this position
requires the operation of a motor vehicle, a valid US Driver\'s License
is required. \* Previous experience is considered an asset. \* Strong
attitude for carrying out all work in a safe, cautious manner while
following safe work practices. \* Strong verbal and written
communication skills. Education \* Pursuing an undergraduate degree in
Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration \* Preference will
be given to students in 3rd or 4th year \* Availability for multiple
work terms is preferred \* Strong academic performance \* Ability to
work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester \* Attached copies
of transcripts Working Conditions \* May include frequency of travel,
sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site,
etc. Safety Sensitive \* This is a safety sensitive role and as such you
will also be required to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
