Summary:
The Payroll & HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing the company payroll process and maintaining the HRIS platforms related to HR and Payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
Payroll:
Processing payroll for multi-state pay groups
Support internal & external payroll audits
Assist in developing payroll processes, eliminate inefficiencies, implement and communicate changes
Train and support Payroll team members at various locations
Collaborate with Finance team to improve processes
Human Resource Systems:
Maintain HR data in payroll system.
Regular auditing of data to ensure accuracy.
Export regular and ad hoc reports from payroll & HR systems for various reporting requirements.
Manage & track payroll key metrics.
Develop data processing guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
A BA/BS in Human Resources or Finance with knowledge of HR systems
3-5 years Payroll experience with a background in Human Resources
Experience with payroll and HR systems, Dayforce and SAP a plus.
Advanced knowledge of multi-state payroll processing
Ability to communicate and enforce payroll guidelines to ensure compliance.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Experience with Microsoft Office & Excel, Power BI a plus.
Acute attention to detail and data integrity
Understanding of Affirmative Action Reporting
Must be eager to grow & develop within the role.
