JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dematic has an immediate need for a Sr. Process
Management, Demand and Capacity Planner within the Global Integrated
Business Process (IBP) team. This is an exciting opportunity to
influence global, regional and project function execution alignment via
optimization of our integrated process plans to achieve business
objectives. In this role, you will serve as a business partner with
project execution functions, sales, solution development, finance, and
human resources in collaboration with our data science and other

\$82,000-125,000 annually at the time of posting. Final compensation
will be determined by various factors such as work location, education,
experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: This is
What You Will do in This Role: Work with global sales leaders to assess
incoming order intake demand, by solution type, identify and mitigate
risks with associated skill needs and capacity, and detect areas of
constraints or availability. Develop demand forecasts and operational
capacity forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation/disaggregation for
various time horizons as part of a planning function. Analyze historical
sales, execution trends, and financial projections to provide accurate
demand forecasts for both new opportunities and backlog projects.
Research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop, and analyze
statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. Collaborate
with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast
drivers. Process project demands through the various tools and data
sources to drive a more systematic approach. Coordinate cross-functional
research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the
forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions. Lead
the monthly Demand meeting and participate in the S&OP monthly process.
Create and analyze monthly KPIs and conduct root cause analyses to come
up with actions for improvement. Use and maintain the Planning software
