How do I enroll in Peckham Benefits?

Here's the quick to-do list:

Update your personal information
Update your dependents (please make sure to include birth dates and socials!)
Review plans: Select the Medical plan you wish to enroll in. Even if you are already enrolled - you must select a plan! Please see attachments for more information

- Review 2025-2026 Anthem Summary of Benefits
- Review Know How Your Health Plan Works
- Review 2025-2026 Open Enrollment Video
All employees must either elect or decline each option within the enrollment window to complete open enrollment
Review Lincoln Life / Disability & AFLAC Voluntary group plans. Select the plans you are interested in through your open enrollment window.
Please Update your beneficiaries and submit new form thru your member portal - Lincoln Beneficiary Form
Finalize and submit. You will be asked to digitally sign to complete your enrollment
