Administrative Specialist Satellite Communications (SATCOM)

Responsibilities/Duties

Administrative Specialist (mid-level) develops and maintains an updated and dynamic record of all contracts and task orders for the Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) program management office (PMO). Assist the EMSS PMO with document preparation, scheduling teleconferences, coordinating meetings and conferences, tracking user requests, property management, and other administrative functions. Assist in the conduct of effective market research and generate applicable Market Research Reports.

Required Experience

Bachelor's

5  years of direct work experience preferably with satellite (preferred), telecommunications, or information technology systems program support.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have and be able to maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.

U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD SECRET Clearance are required for the position.
