POSITION SUMMARY
A working operator who meets the daily production standards. Also, assists with general maintenance of equipment, on-the-job training of personnel, and troubleshooting quality and mechanical problems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Will check parts for physical defects.
Identify parts to print for correct identification.
Load and unload parts from CNC machines.
Route and finish parts to print.
Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts on a continual basis throughout the day.
Expected to be wearing proper PPE throughout the day (Bump caps, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc.).
Must have general computer knowledge.
Must follow specific work instructions of assembly requirements.
General cleaning of work area, including work surfaces, equipment, and floors.
Understands the QCDSM boards and participates in continuous improvement activities.

The target hourly range is $19.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
