CLINICAL EDUCATOR WORK WITH THE SPEECH-LANGUAGE HEARING SCIENCES DEPARTMENT AT
METROPOLITAN STATE UNIVERSITY OF DENVER.
The Department of Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences (SLHS) and the
Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology (MS-SLP) program of
Metropolitan State University of Denver seeks speech-language pathologists
(SLPs) to be part-time clinical educators. This isan hourly position with
no benefits with varying hours per week, on an as-needed basis (PRN).
The Department is particularly interested in applicants who have experience
working with clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds, along
with a demonstrated commitment to improving access to higher education for
under-represented groups. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Applicants will provide as-needed supervision of graduate student clinicians
in the MSU Denver Speech Language Clinic and/or community-based sites as
they provide speech-language and cognitive-communication interventions for
clients across the lifespan. Clinical Educatorswill review lesson plans and
clinical documentation and provide timely feedback to graduate student
