Our client, a well known and highly regarded pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a freelance Experience Design Lead or Senior Experience Designer to join their XD team.
This is remote role, 40hrs/week working east coast hours (with flexibility to collaborate occasionally with EMEA partners) through December 2025. This will start ASAP after interview and onboarding process.
Ideal candidate will have experience in Pharma and Supply Chain. Any experience partnering with Data Science teams and data heavy applications is a plus!
Brief Description:
Collaborate with the Data Science team and across product teams in Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, supporting strategic initiatives, shaping the experience strategy for MVPs and POCs to support product innovation and alignment.
Role Expectations:
- Lead experience strategy, research, design, and measurement across a group of products
- Create deliverables such as blueprints/journey maps and prototypes for new initiatives and POCs
- Collaborate with leadership to shape, prioritize, and provide guidance to product teams with existing product designers
- Align an existing design system created for internal data heavy applications to the global design system standards while evolving and maintaining the system to meet user needs
