    We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team in Winston Salem, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining strategic pricing models to enhance profitability while staying competitive in the market. Your expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research will guide pricing decisions that align with organizational goals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct detailed analyses of consumer pricing trends, product movement history, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing strategies to inform effective pricing decisions.
    • Regularly evaluate product costs and collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate cost data is reflected in internal systems.
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
    • Perform market research to uncover emerging trends and adjust pricing models accordingly.
    • Create and present detailed reports and insights on pricing performance to senior leadership.
    • Analyze competitor positioning to identify strengths and weaknesses and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Continuously review key product categories to optimize pricing strategies and achieve margin goals.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with financial modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • At least 3 years of experience in pricing analysis, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
    • Ability to sit for extended periods in an office environment.
