Summary

The ACS Program Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to one of our premier customers. Developing an in-depth knowledge of company products and programs through collaboration with fellow team members and subject matter experts they will take ownership of each job and be required to thoroughly review each scope of work, coordinate work with vendors, action internal teams and accurately processes purchase orders and billing while maintaining open lines of communication with our client, vendor partners, and internal departments.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Review, diagnose and action new service tickets
Generate quotes for client approval
Create job tickets reflecting client intent with detailed deliverables
Action the fulfillment and shipment of orders
Issue purchase orders and approve invoices for vendor services
Initiate billing process and submit invoices to client
Assess situations, determine response, and communicate efficiently and effectively
Expedite sensitive information from field to client, vendor, and coworkers
Compile, communicate and distribute daily updates across multiple systems
Maintain optimistic, confident relationships with client, internal departments, retailers, and vendors
Confirm completion of vendor services per SOW
Responsible for reviewing and verifying completion reports for accuracy prior to presenting to client

Education/Certification

Associate degree in related field or 3 years experience

Experience

Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Mac based software
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation is a must

Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday.
