Mid-Market - MGRSA005907 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Lands\' End
Outfitters is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager
to lead and grow our Upper Mid-Market B2B sales division. This role is
focused on managing and expanding relationships with businesses in the
upper mid-market segment. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic
approach to managing a team, overseeing complex sales cycles, and
driving revenue growth within this key market segment. As a Sales
Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales
strategies, managing a team of Account Executives, and working closely
with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique
needs of Upper Mid-Market clients. If you have a proven track record in

significant impact. Key Responsibilities: \* Team Leadership &
Development: \* Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives, setting
clear performance expectations, providing guidance, and fostering a
high-performance sales culture. \* Mentor team members on effective
sales techniques, ensuring continuous improvement in individual and team
results. \* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to
ensure sales targets are being met. Sales Strategy & Execution: \*
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at securing new
business and growing existing Upper Mid-Market accounts. \* Create and
maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across multiple industries,
ensuring consistent progress towards revenue goals. \* Manage end-to-end
sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and
closing, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Relationship Management:
\* Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key decision-makers
within target Upper Mid-Market accounts. \* Understand client business
challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with
their needs and goals. \* Serve as the primary point of contact for key
accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
throughout the lifecycle. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: \* Accurately
forecast sales revenue, track sales metrics, and analyze results to
optimize strategies. \* Regularly report on team progress, providing
insights and recommendations to senior leadership. \* Maintain accurate
records of all sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to
monitor pipeline health and revenue projections. Collaboration with
Internal Teams: \* Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and
customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, offerings, and
client satisfaction. \* Provide feedback on market trends, competitive
activity, and client needs to inform product development and marketing
strategies. Negotiation & Deal Closing: \* Lead negotiations for
high-value contracts and close deals in collaboration with your team. \*
Ensure terms of contracts are aligned with company goals while meeting
client expectations. Continuous Improvement: \* Analyze sales processes
and outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize
sales techniques. \* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new sales

Qualifications: Experience: \* 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a
focus on Upper Mid-Market accounts, ideally in the Uniform/Custom
Apparel sector. \* At least 2 years of experience in a sales management
or leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales results. \*
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, including prospecting,
qualification, negotiation, and closing. Skills: \* Strong leadership
and team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate others
to achieve targets. \* Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills. \* Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot,
etc.) and sales analytics tools. \* Data-driven and results-oriented,
with a focus on maximizing sales performance and efficiency. \* Ability
to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Education: \*
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a
