    About the Role:

    The Client Associate will be the primary point of contact on assigned client relationships, partnering closely with firm leadership to execute custom strategies.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of UHNW clients
    • Execute requests promptly and with a high level of accuracy

    • Serve as a guide and mentor to junior associates and analysts
    • Assist with advanced estate planning, philanthropic strategies, and tax-advantaged planning
    • Coordinate with clients’ extended teams (e.g., personal CFOs, attorneys, assistants)
    • Support new investment allocations, liquidity planning, and account structuring
    • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and special projects


    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 6–8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a multi- or single-family office, private wealth, or high-end financial services environment
    • Clear, confident communicator with strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized and comfortable managing complex client needs
    • Familiarity with estate and tax planning concepts
    • Leadership experience in fast-paced, high-accountability teams
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (MS Dynamics or Salesforce) and Schwab Advisor Center is a plus
