    What We’re Looking For

    • Background in Construction and/or Manufacturing Industries: Familiarity with the unique challenges of these sectors is highly preferred.
    • Experience with construction or project accounting, including WIP and AIA billing.
    • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to guide teams, develop skills, and drive results.
    • Solid understanding of intercompany accounting, sales tax, and cash flow management.
    • Advanced Communication Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across all company levels.
    • Experience with Accounting Systems: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).

    Requirements
